It is mainly planned to train senior management and non-position sequence personnel at the same level; it aims to enhance the trainees' leadership skills, learning ability and cooperative capability, so as to build an excellent professional manager team. Go out for open class training, and relying on third-party training platform, visit similar enterprises to learn and participate in professional training.
Sky Blue Training Camp
It is planned to train middle-level management and non-position sequence personnel at the same level, aiming at cultivating and improving the comprehensive management ability and forming a reserve cadre team.
Sea Blue Training Camp
It is planned to train secondary middle-level management and non-position sequence personnel at the same level, aiming at improving professional quality and technical skills and establishing core staff team.
